Description:I have a Eucalyptus tree behind my home that continues to drop leaves etc into my yard. The major issue is I have swimming pool that was installed long before the tree was planted and development of the property behind me. . The tree is in a easement area that I believe belongs to the city. I would like to get permission to get it trimmed or have it trimmed. How do I approach this? Can I just hire someone to do it?
